4 Tablespoons of Jungle Oats
175ml plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 red apples, cored and chopped
½ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of honey
- Combine all the ingredients, then blend until smooth.
- Serving suggestion: layer the smoothie with extra oats in serving glasses to serve to give it the look of a crumble.
